• Invoicing: Invoices are issued at the start of each academic term or project milestone.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, online portal payments, and official institutional checks.
• Late Fees: A standard grace period of 7 days is provided, after which late payment penalties may apply.

All content, course materials, research data, and proprietary software provided by Hillsinai are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Withdrawal from academic programmes is subject to the specific refund policies outlined in the student handbook provided at the time of admission.

Hillsinai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the jurisdiction of Kozhikode courts.
